I am excited to offer this unique 3 week class that will take you on a mind ~ body journey, integrating Eastern and Western principles of Usui Reiki Level One.

Throughout the three classes you will learn the history of Reiki, learn to utilize Reiki energy, and use the hand ~ body positions on yourself and others. You will also receive the Reiki Level One Attunement to align you with the Reiki universal life force energy.
You will have the opportunity to give and receive Reiki and learn to bring the healing nature of Reiki into your daily life and practices.

Your Instructor ~ Tammy Barton is a Reiki Masters and has been working with and teaching Reiki for several years. Her intuitive abilities and teaching style brings additional insights into tapping into the body, mind and spirit using the various Reiki hand positions.

Thursdays - March 4th and 11th
6:00pm to 9:00pm

Please wear comfortable clothing
and bring a notebook and pen. Reiki Level One handbooks will be provided.

You will receive a Certificate of Completion for this class and be Reiki Level 1 Attuned.

Massage Therapists ~ Continuing education hours will be available for this class.
