Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal, pen, water and snacks. We will also be doing a lot of journey work ~ so feel free to bring a yoga mat and blanket for your comfort level.  

Feel free to bring your lunch and there are also plenty of delicious restaurants nearby as well.
